“My wife and I had an extremely uncomfortable and disappointing experience at this store. While browsing moisturizers, an employee approached us and showed us a product we did not like. We politely declined and left the store without purchasing anything. As we were walking to our car, the same employee ran after us outside the store, loudly asking where the “eye cream” was. We were completely shocked. She then came uncomfortably close to us and looked into our pockets, implying that we had stolen something. This was humiliating, accusatory, and entirely unprofessional. At no point did we take or even touch an eye cream. If this is how customers are treated, I cannot recommend this store to anyone. Management seriously needs to address employee conduct, customer training, and basic respect. This experience left us upset and disappointed.”
